Jemma was helpful and knowledgable but not over pushy

Jamie was really helpful and professional but also very friendly, he clearly enjoys his job. He couldn’t have done more for us. We left the store with everything we wanted and enjoyed the whole experience.

The sales assistant greeted us in a friendly manner as we entered the store, allowed us to browse and then asked to help. Once she understood our needs she pointed us in the right direction and allowed us to look and test without pressurising us, but was in the background ready to answer any questions. She and her colleague were very knowledgeable of all the products and options available. She offered us refreshments while we browsed. Overall she was an extremely efficient and helpful assistant.

The staff were so friendly, couldn't do enough to help us. Even moved the store around so we could try a mattress on a different base. The staff were really helpful, felt like a very relaxed visit and did not feel pressured into making a purchase. Also had us laughing a lot. Purchasing was easy, quick and delivery quoted for 3 working days which we are pleased with. Very satisfied and best customer service weve experienced in a long time.

The store was clean, bright, the Assistant she was superb, knowing about all products and especially helpful with the new machine. We were offered a drink when we arrived and generally she was friendly and caring

Myself, my son and his girfriend were given all the time we needed to discuss everything to consider in making a purchase. The salesman was knowlegeable and and professional working together to enable us to find the best product and price for my budget.

Everything was clearly explained and we felt no pressure to buy any particular mattress or base. Our assistant gave us her full attention and we could take as long as we needed to make our choice.
