Just a pleasure to shop where the staff are helpful and not overbearing- they were extremely knowledgeable on their products and were happy to discuss various products with me, and also showing me beds that may have suited my needs better.

Jemima was fantastic, both my girlfriend and I were greeted as we entered the store. She was friendly, had very good knowledge of the products available. She used a machine to assess what matteress would be suited to us and then talked us through the recommended options. She stuck to our budget and really catered for our needs. We are highly satisfied with our choices and have opted to fully protect everything for further peace of mind.

This experience was nothing like what I expected from a bed/mattress store, the service and information we received from Jemima was way above any of my expectations. I did say to her once after another of my questions to her that she must have the patience of a saint.

The service was quick and easy and the test mattress was great to tell us which mattress we needed.
