Dreams - Canterbury

Staff were brilliant at the Canterbury store, James and a young woman were brilliant help tonnes of options explored!

Our mattress was old and tired and our bed was past its best after 18yrs. We decided to replace and having bought our last mattress from dreams, returned to our local store. We wanted a split mattress to suit our individual tastes and the mattress analysing machine helped us narrow down our choices. Looking forward to its arrival!

James was very helpful. He wasn't at all pushy and gave us great advice. He gave us a series of mattresses and pillows to test after our analysis. He was very helpful in entertaining our 2 young girls aged 4 and 1 and gave them some colouring in to do, which allowed my husband and I to fully concentrate on the task at hand. We found a mattress and pillows that really suited both our needs and placed the order no problem at all.

Richard was patient, courteous and helpful throughout our time in the store.

I new what i wanted when i walked into the store ,the sales person was friendly and helpful. I completd my purchace in about 10 mins and delivery was quicker than i expected. Many thanks and sweet dreams!

When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and willing to help with all aspects of buying a new complete bed, nothing was to much trouble. The mattress machine was brilliant to give us guidance on specific mattresses options. We were also offered drinks and went through every thing thoroughly with us, a real pleasure in buying a new bed. Our sales person was Eloise and she was excellent.

A soon as we entered the store we were greeted as valued customers. The time and effort given to us was above what was expected. We were offered refreshments, a pillow when trying the mattresses and every member of staff was friendly, courteous and looked smart and approachable. Richard was new to the job, which he explaiined as he helped us but all other staff helped him too.

The sales assistant Jemima was knowledgable, helpful and friendly and listened to our needs.

James was really helpful and knowledgeable about mattress. He let us have our time and didn’t push us into a purchase which we really liked. He was also very friendly.
