From being greeted on entering the store I felt very welcome and all the help and advice given was very helpful and enabled me to make the right choice.

Dealt with by James very good new all about the product, Assistant Elouise was friendly as well

The sales assistant was very helpful without being pushy and it was nice that she didn’t force herself on us as soon as walked the store. She led us through the mattress simulator to help us make the right choice of mattress comfort level which was very helpful. She then showed us all the mattresses which met our criteria and then she gave us time alone to allow us to make up our mind on the choice of mattress. The rest of the sales team who were present on the day were very pleasant and quite fun to be with while remaining professional.

James at the Canterbury store was very helpful. He got us set up with the sleeping posture assessment machine and was patient as we tried out the mattress recommendations. As it was a hot day we were offered a bottle of water. He even helped us to the car with some of our purchases. Looking forward to the delivery.

Eloise was excellent. She was with us the entire length of our visit and took the time to listen to us and understand what we needed. She was then extremely patient whilst we considered our oprions.

Assistant (Richard) was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and had excellent product knowledge.
