The two members of staff that were working on the day we visited were friendly, knowledgable and helpful

excellent service from a friendly and well informed sales advisor. Plenty of time to chat and asked the right questions in an non pushy way. Plenty of info and great advice given along with options of products that would suit us best. very pleasant buying experience. Richard was new and if unsure checked his facts with the manager. Great attitude and very positive person.

Open on Sundays, large well-stocked store. Very attentive salesman (Richard) was polite and friendly and offered us drinks, pillows specific to our sleeping position and the sleep analysis (can’t remember its proper name). I’m very wary of people trying too hard to sell to me, so I was probably not the easiest customer but he won me over by not trying to be too much of a hard salesman.

Richard was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Manager was also very helpful. Both were polite and courteous. Good product knowledge too. I liked the colour coding of the mattresses as it made it easy to know which one to look at.

highly satisfied with the young man (Richard) who served us and the sleep testing machine, and the Q:s we were asked in the assesment of our requirements.

I was unsure of the type of mattress to buy, however Eloise suggested trying the machine which helps identify what type of mattress is best for you. I found this really helpful

I really had no idea what I wanted when entering the store, but the process of determining suitable products tailored to my needs made it quick and easy to make a decision. The added bonus was the product I wanted was in stock and delivery was arranged 3 days after the date of purchase.

From the time we entered the store to leaving the staff were extremely attentive and considered all of our needs. They were not at all pushy for sales, they gave us the info and let us make up our own minds . We were even offered coffee/ tea the minute we walked in the door
