The customer service was amazing and Richard the sales assistant who helped me was incredibly attentive and helpful and ready to answer all queries and friendly.

JAMES our assistant was fantastic. Nothing to do with James, myself and my husband both have bad backs. James asked us to lay on the dreams new technology ( bed computer/ sleep science) it was amazing. We layed on a few beds first and a couple of the mattresses we liked came in on the top mattresses to go for. James is so helpful and knowledgeable of all his stock, whilst not killing you with the usual sales pitch. James went above and beyond to help us entertain our autistic/ adhd daughter, getting some colouring and pencils which she loved. We were offered tea/ coffee. James ran through all the different payment options with me. We couldn't be happier with our new super king bed and matress, looking forward to a good night's sleep in our bigger more comfortable bed. Also had a good choice for delivery days. I would also like to point out that if I ran a bigger business I would ask james to come and work for me. The dedication and enthusiasm in James is something quiet special and a rare find. I hope James is rewarded well for his special attention to each customer's needs. He is an absolute delight to deal with. Many thanks jo and mark Williams

James was very helpful and did not put us under pressure to buy and showed us the various mattresses that were best suited to our requirements after we had been on the test bed,and while we paying for the mattress we were offered hot and cold drinks which was much appreciated as it was a really hot day.

From the moment my husband and I stepped into the store we were treated like the only people that needed assistance. We were advised approximately 2 weeks for delivery, but actually it was just 3 days, ordered on the Monday, delivered on the Thursday. Delivery men were very efficient and polite. Great service.

The bed I wanted was in showroom. James, the Manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the bed and was able to arrange to deliver the model on my preferred date. Happy with the service and beds available.

We have always used Dreams for the past 18 years and have always been very satisfied & found choice & staff excellent. Our recent visit the manager James was very knowledgeable & friendly.
