Beasam was very helpful , he answered all of my questions, I went on trying the special bed that gives suggestions on what type of Mattress to go for. Beasam offered me pillows when I was trying beds, & offered me water too. I am so pleased and satisfied

The member of staff was so helpfull asked me if I would be happy to go on a test bed which could tell the best type of bed for me. I did this and it was very good the member of staff gave us lots of help and advice. The member of staff was called James a very helpful man. Well done James.

Richard was very helpful as I wanted a very firm mattress which I could turn over. He double checked the mattress I liked was suitable and made the whole process very stress free. I wanted the delivery in October but at a later date changed my mind which wasn't a problem.

Richard your sales representative at the canterbury branch we visited was very professional ,friendly , gave us space and time to try the different beds that he advised us to try. All the covid rules were followed by all the staff, and ourselves, Richard offered us water too. The shop was clean and well run.

All the team and the Canterbury were friendly and helpful. They did not jump on us as soon as we walked in the door however they made themselves known and available offering help and advise as we needed it. Oseasa serviced us he was helpful making finding the right bed easy. The deal and package with our bed was brilliant. We we’re made to feel comfortable and not pressured in anyway. The staff followed H&S guide lines and I noticed them doing this through the shop while we were there. We would definitely go back or recommend anybody to go there.

Our salesperson was the most helpful and knowledgeable even though he is only just completing his probationary period. Nothing was too much trouble and couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave us all the time required to make our decisions and would explain fully any questions. Bess was a credit for your store.

We were greeted by James, who told us where to find the ottoman-style beds I was looking for. He left us to have a look, and was then available to help us with information about the different ones. He also showed us how they work, and what the differences between them were. I then tried the magic bed machine (can't remember the name of it!), and James then showed me all the mattresses which it recommended, and allowed me plenty of time to try them all. Overall I was very happy with my choice, with the whole experience, and the service I received. James was extremely efficient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about all the products.

Richard at the canterbury store was extremely helpful and spent time talking to our son about what he wanted, which was great. He involved the person who the bed was for and didn’t ignore him. Richard was knowledgable and spent ages demonstrating the bed and how it all worked.
