Dreams - Canterbury

We went into the store with the aim of choosing a mattress but didn't know exactly what we wanted. The Store Assistant (Eloise) suggested that we take the sleep Match test which we did. It gave us recommendations for at least 6 or 7 suitable matches and she was very helpful in taking us around to try them all out. We decided to buy the first one that we had tried. She also discussed the various types of pillow available and we selected two pillows which had a 'cool' side. We came out of the store feeling very pleased with out purchase and felt that we had invaluable help in choosing.

Richard and James were highly competent in their jobs, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, very well mannered, they are an asset to your company

I was served by James the store manager at the Canterbury branch, immediately whilst entering we were greeting by James who was freindly and very personable. I explained to him what I was looking for and he showed my the best options, he then put me on the matress selecting machine which was really interesting and added to the whole experience...a great gadget! We decided between two matresses, one was slightly over my budget so he gave me the option of if I do select the slightly cheaper one and I am not happy providing the matress is clean I can use the money for that matress to upgrade to the other one within 40 days. I also bought pillows and a matress topper which were on offer as well as recycling my old matress. James was super helpful, offered us a drink and was very funny. I had been to three other bed shops around the area before going into dreams and it was defianately the best customer service I recieved that day.

I rang earlier re Hypnos mattress stock, I was told yes, product, price and it was on an offer that ended today. James the manager was very informative and said that there was a bed that you laid on, took information about your body and gave a result based on this. I couldn't get to the store until 5.45pm, I was welcomed and Richard told me that James was just finishing with customers - they had remembered I was coming. James welcomed me, we talked about the bed machine, gave my details, my bad back, neck and shoulders and laid on the bed. It was amazing, gave results and the Hypnos wasn't on the list! I didn't want another Tempur mattress as per the first two choices on the list. James was great, he showed me the other mattresses from the list by Flaxby, gave me a pillow to try whilst testing out the various mattresses. He was very knowledgeable, taking time to explain about how the pocket springs worked, how the mattress topper worked, showed me the model of how the layers were made. Very impressed with the service, even offering me a bottle of water,amazing! I looked at divan bases and headboards, I will go back as I have to measure the height in my bedroom for the headboard.

The salesman who served us was very knowledgeable and patient (I’m a fussy shopper!). He directed us to the product we were looking for and recommended a different pillow, which we also purchased.

The colleague who served us at the Canterbury store was Richard, he was extremely helpful, not at all pushy and seemed to genuinely want what was best for us, he showed us the sleep assessment machine which we used to confirm our choice. We had shortlisted a few mattresses before visiting the Canterbury store, we visited several stores and returned to the Dreams store several times before making our final decision. We felt the Dreams product was best for our needs so we purchased it.

The members of staff were very friendly and accommodating and showed me a range of products to meet my needs and budget. I would recommend buying in store from Dreams because individual needs can be properly assessed and products tried out and tested for comfortability.
