Staff member was friendly and attentive without being over bearing and pushy, fast efficient service. Product was available to be delivered quickly and very happy with price too

Our sales agent Richard at store in Wincheap was very friendly without being pushy, knowledgeable on all products. We never felt rushed to make a decision and overall we felt very confident in his ability. Excellent sales advisor.

I was highly satirised as I felt my needs were considered and listened to by the sales staff and I did not feel like I was pushed into a purchase.

The store was very quiet and I tried the bed which tells you which bed is best suited for your sleeping position etc it was quick and very good.

I originally attended the store 2 weeks prior to returning and purchasing the new bed and mattress, even though I could of placed my order online, the friendliness of the staff was the reason I wanted to go back to the store. And I don't live nearby, in fact we have a large bed store two miles down the road, but wanted to make the 20 minute drive to return to the store to place my order

We came in to browse and we came out with a great purchase and lots of knowledge! James was delightful and really helpful so it was an absolute breeze. Very pleased, thank you!

Richard welcomed us when we entered the shop, then left us to browse advising us to ask for his assistance when needed. Richard was very thorough with the matress choice and offered us the use of the machine to enable us to choose the correct firmness. He then showed us the matresses that would suit our need. We were not hurried whilst in the store and we were offered a cup of tea. Richard talked us tghrough the paper work and arranged a prompt delivery date to suit us.

I was extremely happy with the in store service I received from the cup of tea to the dream machine to the end product was in no way pushed into anything my store assistant Richard was on point the whole experience was much greater than any of the previous bed stores I had visited well done Canterbury dreams 👍

We were met by a friendly assistant who helped us and gave us the information we needed and explained all the different options to suit our needs and make an informed choice of mattress within our budget.
