The people where very helpful show us and told us about everything that we asked, this is our 2nd bed that we have brought from dreams in the past 8 years and we were very pleased with that one as well,.

Assistant advised on what product would meet my needs

The staff were very helpful, friendly and informed. Excellent service and main resason for high scores.

On approaching store was greeted warmly by assistant cleaning windows. Browsed store liking the way the mattresses firmness was displayed making choosing so much easier. Left store to look at another 3bed shops, Returned as not impressed with other shops jumping on you as soon as you walk in the door telling you what you want. On return approached the assistant from earlier (Eloise) and she was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed making our visit both successful and friendly would recommend store to my family and friends.

Sales team of James and Eloise at the Canterbury store were really good and took time to explain the pros and cons of the recommended products. Also they did not pressurise us both in terms of time nor pressure on the sale. I found them highly professional and knowledgable

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Upon entering the store Richard was with another customer but when he had finished with them he came to see us. He was very simpathetic to our needs and budget. When we placed the order he was very accomodating by getting us a very quick delivery and was also very knowledgeable with the products. I will have no qualms about telling people how helpful he was.
