The staff we're very knowledgeable and friendly

We were greeted well, given the opportunity to try different beds with explanations given as to the difference between them as well.

We had expected to be going from to store to store until we found what we wanted. By using the mattress body mapping machine, all the stress of finding the right mattress was gone. Our assistant, Eloise, was so very helpful and quickly narrowed down 2 mattresses that would suit our needs.

The store manager Lee was very attentive. He listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. He helped us choose the right matteress to suit my partner and myself and then went through the range of different beds that we liked and the differences between them which helped us to narrow down what would suit our needs and the size of our room. He showed us pillows to suit either side or back sleeping from different makes and even tho we didn't purchase any pillows at the time we will return to the store once we have decided which ones we want. All in all extremely happy with the service provided and welcoming environment of the store.

We had expected to go to a number of shops before we found the mattress that suited us. Dreams was our first and last. The sleepmatch is just amazing and we quickly decided on one of the mattress’s that was recommended. Our assistant Eloise was very very good. Knowledgeable about the products and extremely polite. Made our dreams experience enjoyable.

Richard was friendly and informative. We were buying my 9 year old daughter mattress and he was able to recommend a variety of mattresses to choose from based on the information we supplied

Richard was very helpful and professional, a lot of choice in the products and cleanliness in the store.

Both members of staff in the 2 visits we made were extremely helpful and the original assistant remembered us and was able to assist in the purchase made on our 2nd visit. All members of staff were polite and friendly and are a credit to your company.
