Met at entrance with offer of assistance. Although the bed frame I wanted wasn’t there, I was reassured about it by Lee. He explained the best mattress ( technically) but wasn’t pushy.

Richard was very friendly and amazingly helpful, he took his was very patient. Richard was very dedicated in helping us find the right product.

Lee was very fast and incredibly pleasant to attend to us, we were helped instantly and were told all information related to the products that we were looking for, he got a very good understanding of the product we wanted and helped to get the best one for us in our price range. Then when buying the bed we got through the process swiftly and were offered drinks whilst we went through it. Incredibly happy with the whole process one of the easiest big purchases I have ever made

Richard was very helpful. We didn’t feel pressured but did feel he genuinely wanted to help us find the right bed and mattress.

Good advice by your very nice assistant I would recommend your store very good customer service bought couple of items extra I would give your rep 10 out of 10 I had verybad service in other shops pleasure to be served by such a nice man have already recommended you to my customers

Good selection of what we were looking for

Richard at Canterbury served us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful (not pushy!) when we placed our order the system was down so took a bit longer than expected but he was very polite and courteous

Lee the assistant was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He kept things moving despite the computer and then the printer breaking down

The store assistant (Richard) that helped us was incredibly attentive, informative about all the products, friendly and patient with us whilst we tried lots of different mattresses. The Dreams sleep match machine was really helpful.
