I went looking for a bed, the store assistant helped me enormously to find the right one, what more could I ask for?

Very helpful friendly staff especially with all the questions we asked.

The sales assistant Eloise was very knowledgeable and spent the time to help and advise us.

The product was just what we were looking for and was on display which it hadn’t been-in another Dreams store. Staff were friendly and attentive without being pushy.

The staff was very helpful. Explained the product well. No pressure tactics, made us feel comfortable to ask Qs. I hope the goods turn up in good condition. Its assembled smoothly and the old sofabed, taken away without causing any damage to our property. We have paid extra for all these services.

We were greeted by Eloise as we entered the store and asked if we needed any assistance. From the get go she was brilliant, attentive and knowledgeable.She advised us of the Sleep match process and explained how it works and the benefits of it. We were very impressed with the service we received. We were offered refreshments during our visit. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made us feel at ease giving us ample opportunity to try the recommended mattresses. She was attentive without being smothering, giving us space to consider our decisions. We ended up ordering two beds and a mattress.
