Lee and the other gentleman I dealt with (I didn’t catch his name) were very friendly and attentive, they answered all questions I had which made my decision very easy. I hadn't had a specific bed in mind when I first went into the Canterbury store but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Lee who was happy to talk me through all possible options. The transaction was quick & easy and everything was confirmed back to me. Customer service has a huge impact on customer satisfaction and they are both an asset to the store, I would always use dreams in future and will recommend to friends and family

Richard and Lee were marvellous they took me round the store and explained everything I needed to know until I found the 2 beds which were perfect for my needs they were friendly and I got a cup of coffee. What a lovely man and I recommend home to anyone as an assistant he was perfectly polite and extremely helpful without being pushy .. well done Richard

Very professional staff and friendly at the same time. Knowledge of products. No pushy sales. A cup of coffee. Advised to try out all mattresses from our data from bed computer. Given plenty of time to make our decisions.

the service was excellent. Richard at Dreams Wincheap quickly grasped my budget and my specific needs. he was very tolerant of my 10 year olds being in the store super excited at the prospect of getting new mattresses It was a pleasure from start to finish

Introduced himself and made us welcome offered us a refreshment tested us on the bed to see what type of mattress we needed took us round the store letting us lay on each mattress and explained clearly what the differences were between the mattresses very pleased with our purchase.

We walked in not really knowing what we needed or wanted. Lee was extremely helpful and set us up on the sleepmatch to get us started. Then walked us through all the suggested mattresses. When we told him the price range we were looking for he showed us a wide range of products to choose from that matched our criteria. Couldn’t fault the service at all.

We were very impressed with the technology used to find the right mattress for us. Richard, who dealt with us in store was very helpful, knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had. He helped make our visit to the store very pleasant. All staff were friendly.
