Richard (Canterbury) knew the products well and answered all our queries. Very personable and provided a fantastic service.

The sales staff were very helpful and knew the products well which helped us make our decision and be satisfied with it.

As soon as we entered the store we had a lovely staff member offer assistance but was not over the top , assisted us on which mattress was best for us made us feel very relaxed and understood exactly what we needed .

We did the dreams sleep test for the first time ever. The employee who helped us was amazing! She went through it all so we understood the process. Then we tried mattresses after to the outcome of the sleep test. Turns out, we have had the wrong mattress for years, surprisingly!! We returned to this store from our last purchase 9 years ago and we weren't disappointed on this visit.

I initially did a google search and found the bed I wanted was on display at Dreams and was a good price. The sales assistant was helpful and the whole process from the time I walked into the shop - looked at the bed, how well built it was, ease of use (it had trundle), size and colour - through to the purchase and organisation of delivery went very smoothly. The sales assistant was helpful without being ‘pushy’. Although I could have done with next day delivery, a week was actually ok given the bed met all requirements.
