James at wincheap store went above and beyond , outstanding customer service .

Very professional and friendly service

Richard at the Canterbury store was very helpful and showed me beds Which where right for me with no pressure and was able to try the beds in my own time.

The assistant was very helpful and did his best by using a hightec machine to measure our best mattress. He patiently took us to each bed and then discreetly let us lie down to try the comfort. Then took the order we placed and said we could receive the bed in the next 2 weeks. He said he was still trainging but also seemed knowledgeable about the products. Very friendly and likeable for both of the assistant at the time.

It was great to have additional input to aid decision making , the electronic ‘body analysis’ helped me choose with confidence.

James = manager of Dreams in Canterbury was brilliant! He was professional, knowledgeable, most helpful with a positive attitude and superb professionalism. James was just right - he never overpowered or pressured us in any way but was nevertheless always available for any questions or queries = the right balance. Very friendly, helpful staff . We brought a mattress 4 years ago from another supplier and received nowhere near the customer service we received from Dreams .
