We used the bed match simulator, our sales advisor Richard was really knowledgeable, empathic and understanding of our needs. Flexible as we had our one year old with us and took hygiene really into account with current Covid situation. Made us comfortable throughout, offered us water and gave us time to make our decision over the divan bed, headboard and mattress we purchased.
