Dreams - Canterbury

We were helped by Beasa. My mum is quite old and slow in her decision making. Beasa was so courteous and patient. It was a real help to get mum what she wanted and not feel rushed.

I was highly satisfied with Fran taking the time to lk listen to what I was after and instantly listing 4 mattresses to try and being so upfront and honest when the products I wanted were out of stock and would therefore take longer to arrive

Quick service and very friendly staff

The staff were friendly-yet-unobtrusive, and when we asked for help they leapt into action with enthusiasm and elan. They showed us about 10 mattresses, took us through the differences, pros and cons, and we’re unfailingly polite. A great experience.

Frances was excellent, didn't hassle or push, found out measurements, explained the deals, the products and equally left us when we were pondering and trialling. Brilliant with kids too. James made us tea, and made us feel welcome and helpful with our order at the end, we changed our mind on getting old mattress taken away and sorted quickly and explained we could still cancel that too if we changed our mind again. We did spend some time with Fran, then went off to John Lewis.....it was terrible and came back to dreams same day and purchased more than originally planned!

I'm a harsh critic and am usually reluctant to complete surveys as am too busy, however I feel compelled to give feedback in relation to James who is the Manager of your Canterbury store. I arrived an hour before closing despite which James was upbeat and enthusiastic. He had a polite, professional, friendly manner he was very attentive yet unintrusive. He was very knowledgable regarding the beds. I was torn between a £2000 tempur mattress and Johnstone mattress at £699 at no stage did James try to pressure me into the higher purchase. I came to my own decision purchasing the Tempur. James was thorough with his administration with clear explanations and I was delighted Dreams could deliver within a week which was a deal breaker as my existing new Simba mattress was due fo be returned. I would also like to mention one of his staff Richard whom I had met 3 weeks earlier - he too was most helpful and also had a very approachable manner and he was the reason I returned to the store.
