Eloise in the Canterbury branch of Dreams was pleasant and attentive. Understood my needs and concerns. Listened to me and adjusted her style of salesperson techniques to help. Asked me for my gender regardless of my outward appearance means she cared about me without judging me. The whole sleep science thing was amusing but gave me confidence that I was getting the mattress that suited me. The whole experience was joyful

As a young couple shopping for our first mattress we have often been ignored in many stores. However, when entering Dreams Canterbury we were welcomed by Richard, given all the PPE we would need for our visit and helped to find the very best fit for the both of us. Excellent social distancing and cleanliness was maintained throughout and Richard made sure we were completely comfortable during our visit. When I was thirsty I was able to have a bottle of water with antibacterial wipes to clean the bottle. It was fantastic and so thoughtful. We will be highly recommending this store to my parents who have previously put off buying a much needed mattress due to coronavirus safety concerns.
