James, who served my wife and myself was efficient and confident in his role and knowledge, which enabled him to see to our needs. He introduced himself, conveying warmth, fulfilling requirements of social distancing, providing us with pillows and when testing the mattresses, ensuring everything was clean and had barriers using paper telling and spray where required. At all times he ensured we were comfortable and offered bottled water in case we were thirsty. His character and manner, along with his knowledge of product we're fundamental in us deciding to make a purchase that day. I can only assume that training for staff is not only good, but James is exceptional at putting it into practice. Both my wife and I left the store talking about what an excellent service he provided.
