Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding our needs and what we were looking for. Our experience felt very comfortable and welcoming. We weren’t pushed to buy or followed about like some sales people do in some places. It was all very relaxed and once we found our ideal bed, Joe went through everything with us to make sure everything was all correct and we were happy with our purchase. We knew from the outset that we would be highly satisfied as we have been Dreams customers in the past. In fact this is the second time this year. The Canterbury store in particular is our store of choice. We are always given time to think about our purchase. Never pressured and always understanding but it’s good to just walk away and take a few moments to ourselves and then come back. This makes such a difference. Other furniture stores that we have been to in the past always have seemed unimpressed that we would like to leave the store and think. Their loss.
