The store was very clean and James (the manager) was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and approachable. His social distancing was superb as was his care and attention to cleanliness, in the light of the current situation. The price of the bed we chose was very good, it would be nice if we could have had it sooner, but we understand that we cannot. We will recommend you!

The member of staff was helpful without being pushy. Store had safety precautions in place. The only issue was the building lacked air flow and was stuffy with a mask on this was a little uncomfortable.
