The gentleman working there was very attentive, and helped explain the two mattresses I had whittled down. Explained all processes very well and felt satisfied leaving the store and was a pleasant and easy overall experience.

We were given plenty of time and lots of advice. This was a big and expensive purchase and important to not feel rushed. Staff hit the right balance between helping us and giving us space. I felt the bed was relatively high compared to deals on line, but valued the ability to try the beds and to obtain good advice.

customer service excellent, pleasant and knowlegable staff,happy to assist andshow differing products. Store was well laid out, covid rules applied to all who entered in a polite manner
