The assistant was very friendly and helpful, but to be fair there weren't any customers around. I would comment this questionnaire is too long - may cause some customers to give up halfway through?

Really impressed with the new system that matches you with the correct type of bed. James was lovely, very friendly, efficient and knew a lot about the bed we bought. Paid over the phone and spoke to Richard who was great too. Very friendly and made sure to give me all information I needed. Very impressive customer service.

Took my 11 year old to pick her first new small double bed, the lads there were lovely and completely involved her, advising her. Explained the difference in a full range of different mattresses, in an age appropriate manner. She was really happy and enjoyed the whole experience. She is looking forward to receiving her new bed and mattress. 5 star service.. thank you
