The staff on all my visits have always been attentive and made sure that I was getting what I wanted, rather than trying to up sell.

For one reason only - the care, attention and friendliness of the store advisor. James is probably the best store advisor in retail I have ever personally encountered and where we genuinely were only initially intending to browse and 'price' for a potential purchase, but ended up buying without even looking anywhere else. Please ensure our appreciation for James is passed to his Regional Manager as his level of service was exceptional.. and I never make such plaudits without justification, particularly working in a customer service sector myself for over 30 years! I hope that our product will be worth the wait and there are no post-delivery issues but suspect if they were James would rise to that challenge too. Well done James and Well done Dreams.

I was greeted and approached by Frances and she was wonderful from start to finish. She listened to my needs and chatted with me about my options. She helped me use the sleep scanner and then showed me various options based on this and came up with suggestions when I did or didn’t like certain mattresses. When I found one I liked she was helpful in ordering and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

All details were explained clearly and my questions were answered clearly

Great service, assistant was very helpful, good advice, not pushy or rushed us into making decision as we had to spend a lot of money in our eyes for a bed! Very relaxed atmosphere. Manager very nice, and it was clear the staff had a good rapport with each other
