I got what I went shopping for at an acceptable price and no hassell

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly

The test bed was great fun. It suggested a number of mattresses, the first fine, the second not so good and the third just right - a bit like Goldilocks. Richard was very helpful.

Made order by phone as don’t like online , staff were so helpful and ordered for me and arranged delivery to suit my needs

We visited Dreams at Canterbury on a dull and dreary Sunday afternoon. Our spirits were already low having made an unsatisfactory mistaken online purchase with another supplier - which we are now returning to them. On entering Dreams we were greeted very pleasantly and helpfully by a young lady assistant who helped us with both Covid precautions plus protective paper to allow us to test out the large available range of mattresses Having settled on the mattress of interest we had a very pleasant unpressured discussion with RIchard ( mainly ) and the young lady. They both answered all our queries and clarified the full details of the costs and benefits of the current offer. We were very impressed. We considered the purchase overnight and I returned to the store to place our order. Richard took me through the process very calmly, pleasantly and efficiently. His confident and friendly manner was a great reassurance. We look forward to our delivery and lots of Zzzzzzzzzzzzz next week

I had been looking around at beds and what drew me first was the competitive price. Secondly for the amount of money we were paying we wanted to see the beds and try them out. Having a store versus all on line was so helpful. Eloise made the experience for us. So friendly, knowledgeable and respectful which made the process a thoroughly enjoyable one. The sleep technology for measuring us was superb and we went with the mattress recommended. This was so helpful rather than laying on loads of beds.
