Very helpful staff

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable member of staff. Gave us the space where we needed it to think.

Friendly helpful, asked the right questions, showed us what we wanted and we ordered it so it must have been good.

We were so pleased with your member of staff and really sorry and embarrassed we can’t quite recall his name - he was brilliant. Made choosing the right mattress really easy and also entertained our little boy whilst we were choosing. Absolutely fantastic.

We were dealt with by Richard and James at the Wincheap, Canterbury store. They were the only members of staff working and were at 1 point dealing with 4 different couples. They were pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable and dealt with everyone in a fair manner. We were not entirely sure we would buy a mattress but we left having spent £1500. They looked after us in everyday shape and form. I hope they are recognised for their all round great service.

Richard who served me in the Canterbury store was amazing. He made sure we knew he was there to help but wasn’t at all pushy, he was super helpful when it came to making my purchase and organising delivery!

The staff were very friendly and happy to assist. I cannot fault the guy who dealt with us and offered his assistance.

James the sales assistant at the Canterbury branch was extremely helpful.

The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us lots of information so we could make an informed choice. We were not rushed and nothing was too much trouble to explain
