Dreams - Canterbury

We were approached straight away and told not to hesitate to ask for help. We were then left alone to try out all the mattresses. Dreams was the 3rd bed shop we visited and in the previous 2 shops we were given the 'hard sell sales pitch' from the moment we walked in. In each shop the sales person stood over us whilst we laid on the beds and this made us feel very uncomfortable and self conscious. Our experience in Dreams was so relaxed in comparison and we tried out so many more mattresses than in the other 2 shops. We didn't feel rushed or awkward. It was a much more pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you Dreams Canterbury! When we asked for help, Richard couldn't have been more helpful and understanding of our needs. 1st rate service.

I visited the canterbury store looking for a new bed and mattress for my parents, the store were brilliant in following covid guidelines with social distancing in place and hand sanitiser in store, the staff members were very helpful and friendly we dealt with Richard who was excellent in understanding what my parents were looking for, he was extremely knowledgeable with my dad's needs and found us the perfect bed and mattress to suit them! Richard went above and beyond to help us and talked us through the whole process. We purchased a lovely bed although delivery was a 5 week wait for our particular bed we are more then happy to wait after the great service we received! I definitely recommend this store for anyone wanting a new bed. Thank you Richard for all your help.
