We were looked after by James Holland when we visited the store. James was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he helped us with our decision of what bed and mattress to buy, explaining and demonstrating the differences. We felt very safe in the store in terms of Covid, we were offered bottled water and really really looked after. We will need to invest in a new bed for our son in the near future and will definitely return and see James to make this purchase. James is a real asset to your company.

We went for what we thought would be a quick look at some mattresses and were truly surprised at not only the in store facilities to help chose a product but also the assistance from in store sales person Richard. Richard was highly responsive, very knowledgable and helpful in helping us choose a product. He was clearly very well trained but then also very seemingly happy to help and share all the information in a way that really worked for us.

The moment we entered the store, employees were very welcoming and recommended that we try the sleep match machine. After using sleep match, the store manager James knew exactly what options would suit me and my partner. We tested out a couple of beds and decided on our preference. Organising the purchase and delivery was quick and easy and could not have been happier with the product and result that we have received. We will be using dreams in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff (Richard Canterbury store). Very good knowledge of all bed's and mattresse's. He didn't rush us at all. We bought a Double bed. Then today 17/05/21. I took My Daughter to buy bunk beds for our grandchildren. Excellent quality and service.
