I was given a date for my delivery but I could only do an morning slot & they said unless they charged me £38 they could only give a whole day slot. Which meant I had to wait in all day. I have never had a firm who can't offer either a morning or afternoon delivery. This means customers have to take a full day of work off to wait in for at most a 20min delivery!! This really is very poor unacceptable service.

Poor quality bedding. Obvious the item was faulty. I kept it just over the 14 days in hope fluff would stop coming off it. Was only offered an exchange, there wasn't enough bedding in stock for an exchange. No apology from the manager.

I chose the bed I wanted and asked if I could collect it the next day at Swanley depot. Phone calls were made by store and I was told I could pick it up at 10.30 ONWARDS. Turned up at depot some 50 MILES AWAY only to be told that the store had made a mistake and there was no bed for me to pick up. Depot rang store and informed me store manager will ring me back and said sorry. Basically the canterbury store made the mistake. Store manager rang me and said depot made mistake, depot said store made a mistake So no one has admitted they were in the wrong all I got from store manager was we all work for dreams. My frustration is it has cost me to travel up to get the bed that was not their, Know I am expected to travel all the way up there again to get the bed when it comes in. If you were a decent company you would deliver bed to me after making a cockl up with order. I should be charging you for the inconvenience and petrol cost. Perhaps you could look into this and do the decent thing. Look forward to hearing back from you. Bed is supposed to be in on Tuesday 29Th November Mark Gosbee

Having spent nearly a £1000 pounds on a major investment for our home we are extremely upset that the product that arrived is dirty and damaged .

I spoke to a man called Barrie. He just seemed like he couldn't be bothered, personally, he looked liked he'd just got out of bed, smelt of cigarettes and just his whole attitude was that he didn't want to be there. Unfortunately, due to a faulty mattress from you before, we had vouchers to spend in Dreams, if I hadn't, I would have walked out there and then. I asked about delivery time, his reply "er, don't know, I'd say about 3 weeks, don't know it may be 4". Would not use Dreams again.

When the bed was being delivered,inexperienced delivery man,broke dog flap in back door knock fire alarm of ceiling,and broke light shade getting the base in,then chucked mattress out the van then told me hes broken it getting it up the stairs,so told them to take it all back,now without a bed and cant buy a new one until I'm refunded which isn't going to be until next week,customer service very rude said it was my fault I should have checked that the mattress went up the stairs before we brought it,which I told the salesman in the shop the layout of our house and his words was not a problem
