Great service and quick and easy to order. We had a small child with us and they gave her ballons to play with and we were in and out before she got bored, which for 18 month old, isn't long!

The very kind store assistant appeared to have little technical knowledge of the products I was asking about so as to help me make a decision. This was not at all the case last time I visited the Canterbury store and bought items. However, both times the store assistants were very nice and did their utmost to be helpful.

Only one salesperson on the shop floor with 4 people requiring his attention. Need more staff!!

1. The sales associate I dealt with told me that the Silentnight range I was looking at had 20% discount applied, and that this offer finished on Bank Holiday Monday - I subsequently realised this was not the case 2. The store in Canterbury looks tired and the layout inside is not as appealing as other stores in the area 3. After purchasing a bed on impulse I subsequently realised I could have bought this cheaper elsewhere, however your Customer Services were on the ball with regard to the price match promise and refunded the difference

We were only buying a wardrobe for a spare bedroom and would have preferred to have paid a little less, but decided the one we chose was the closest we had seen to match our existing bedside cabinets.

the error that was made by the employee was not solved whilst in the store, i had to wait for a phone call later in the day to confirm. if this had been sorted during my visit to the sote i would have been highly satisfied

there was only one member of staff to attend to customers, actually felt quite sorry for him

your colleague was very good and informative. it was the timing for delivery, or lack of any timescale that was the problem. he could not give me any delivery slots and i am waiting to hear when all my goods will be delivered. opening over £6000 i think i should have been able to get a slot
