The mattress we were looking for is never on show

I haven't got the product yet so I'm reluctant to give highly satisfied to be honest. Good experience though and Thomas was very helpful explaining the types of mattress and how to choose one and the find the specific one for us.

The divan bed had NO instructions about how to put it together when it arrived. All we had were the bags containing casters, linking bars etc. This would not have been a problem if they were available online on your site. Many instructions were online but not those for the divan bed. In the end I had to "chat online" with an advisor who talked me through what to do. The stickers on the bed said hole for headboard or LEG so I didn't connect this with the linking ARM.

Store was quite untidy stock everywhere , colleague that served us was excellent , other colleague looked fed up and wanting to go home ! Wasn't offered a drink whilst placing order

Confused store assistant, quoted us the wrong price first, and was clumsy in the order progressing process, had to ask for assistance twice. Postcode not found on system. Disorganised store layout, some matress hardness ratings missing, and not particular order/structure to the organisation of them.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from the staff member who served me, however I felt that the decor of the store lacked appeal.

All was fantastic with the purchase from Dreams, customer service was friendly and helpful, very happy with our new mattress, however the delivery let it down slightly after being delivered to the wrong address! An hour and quite a few phone calls later, the mattress finally arrived thanks to all the helpful staff!

The assistance in the store was good and helpful, or so I thought at the time. However, the delivery of the product was far from good. The response I received when I telephoned the store to sort out the delivery problem was rude, it was suggested that I was not telling the truth. However, there were two other people with me when I purchased this bed and both heard what the sales person told me.
