Dreams - Canterbury

I needed a mattress for immediate collection and the choucecabailable to take away was limited. Not a huge issue, just slightly disappointed.

Customer service was excellent but the store could require some renovation

Visited the Sittingbourne store prior to Canterbury. We were pounced on immediately and made to feel uncomfortable with the pushy sale pitch by Darren. We left and visited Canterbury where Richard served us and made my son feel comfortable and not intimidated. Nothing was too much trouble but he wasn't pushy and offputting!

Limited availability of stock meant there was less choice of bed frames available for delivery within 1/2 weeks - most were 8 plus weeks

The shop at Broadstairs Kent was closed.No information where it had gone or when it was re opening. I spent ages looking round Westwood Cross looking for it.Mail box was full.I then discovered it was relocating at a future date. Signs up ever where to say Dreams. I then went to Canterbury.

Store is looking slightly tired & rundown although still friendly & helpful staff.

Satisfied should be enough

Deal available on the mattress we purchased not as good as other deals.

Because I was Satisfied, and that is sufficient - in my opinion.

Hoped to find one a bit cheaper.
