I just wanted some basic comparison information and then to order and pay. the sales assistant just read what it said online, surprisingly i can do that. then i ordered what i hope will be right was then told the only way to pay was to either go in store or by bank transfer but even though i did that while still on the phone, it wasn't checked it had arrived till 4 when the order was actually placed and the agreed delivery date was then put back 4 days. note, the salesman didn't know how payments worked and didn't give me the correct information for setting up a transfer. Zoom or going into a shop is not a suitable way of buying things in this current environment. not everyone is online.

We were told that we would receive an email the day before delivery, advising the time slot for delivery. This did not happen. Thus I had to phone a couple of times on the morning of delivery (first attempt just before opening hours, perhaps) to find out when delivery would take place. NB the sales staff member we dealt with at Dreams (Richard) was very pleasant and helpful.

It is not a criticism, I was shopping for a bed, not going on holiday. Satisfied is probably as good as it gets. On the phone, the chap did say we would get some free pillows but the shop assistant said she could not do that. Perhaps that would have graded it up.

There’s no specific reason, there could of been more assistants on a floor.

We have bought from Dreams before and felt that we got value for our purchase (around £2000). This time, there was little room for any negotiation on a similar amount, even though the 'sale' period was on. This just meant that this was a tipping point for the purchase of a different Tempur bed frame (which you don't stock) from a different supplier at a more competitive price. We did still buy a bed and mattress from your range, but we were willing to spend a lot more. The sales people gave good service but I felt they had little they could offer in order to secure the sale.

It’s positioning and external state is very poor and uninviting. I initially drove past it assuming it was a closed/abandoned store. I bought a mattress for £1800.00 - not the setting fit for that spend. I also always assume Dreams to be the place for good offers. There was no opportunity of offer for this mattress which I feel disappointed with. So, hopefully the perfect mattress for my needs but not quite sitting @ 100% with regard meeting overall expectation.
