Staff extremely helpful particularly as we had a toddler with us. Cup of coffee and biscuits made for us whilst completing the credit agreement and just very pleasant to deal with. We could have got the mattress cheaper online but happy to pay the bit extra for good personal service. Well done.

Disappointed that an offer seen on Facebook was not available or known to staff, both staff were lovely and the reason is not attributable to them in anyway.

I can’t really fault anything from our experience. I think I paid a relatively substantial amount of money so I would be satisfied with the service I received in return. Richard at the Canterbury Wincheap branch was great.

I was highly satisfied with the store and James who served me, I wanted a 4' mattress which is not available in all the products which is no ones fault. The delivery time scale wasn't satisfactory because like all women I want it yesterday. The mattress that I want taken away is 6 months old. I am a widow in my 70s £40 to take it away AND you expect me to slide it into a plastic bag and seal it. Easy !!
