We were offered assistance as soon as we had browsed the products in the store. Chris helped us to buy the bed we wanted and managed to cater to our needs to find a mattress that was in our price range. Chris was very attentive, polite and friendly, we were offered refreshments and he talked us through every step of the process.

The sales staff Chris and Paula were very informative and courteous. The speed at which they dealt with my query and processing my order was fantastic. Will come back

The sales assistant understood our need around the order and went out of the way to try and accomdate the dates we needed.

In the last 5 years I've purchased I think 3 beds from you. Always a good selection,no problem with availability/delivery and Barrie the salesman is always very helpful. I understand Barrie is retiring, you are losing a good man I trust you will see him right when he does.

So refreshing to speak with a sales person who could naturally adapt their 'sales talk' to my individual requirements- very knowledgable yet crucially understanding. Easy to understand and tailored to my needs.

Liked the fact different firmness of mattresses was clear.

The staff member was very helpful and attentive. We have found that there are not many suppliers of the Tempur mattress which was a main priority. My partner and myself required a king size mattress split in two so we could have a different firmness each. This was no problem for the staff and helped us to a quick and simple purchase.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams as I was looking for a headboard and the assistance from the member of staff was outstanding. He knew about the best type of headboard for our bed as well as able to help us with the colour I wanted. We was also offered tea and coffee and felt at ease at all time.

There were no issues at all. The staff were very friendly and helpfull and offered tea and coffee. Helped me with the delivery options as they were a test store for a new trail delivery system.

Salesman was very helpful. Pointed out alternatives but did not try to push us into spending more than we wanted. Listened to what we wanted for the frame and the mattress.
