Barrie and Paula were fantastically helpful, and the cup of tea was excellent too!!!

All questions we asked were responded to appropriately and accurately. I appreciated that the member of staff did not push the sale on us and we were able to take our time with our decision. The order process was easy and quick and we were even given two free silent night pillows. The staff were very friendly and charming and I would definitely visit again.

Barrie who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. He advised us of the products that would meet our need and then left us to discuss the options and make a decision. He was courteous and took us through the purchasing of our bed with ease. It was nice to see good customer service with no pressure selling.

The sales man chris was lovely and spoke through things with us only thing is we are sleeping on a old mattess on the floor from moving into a new house.

Did not jump at us when we walked into store gave us time to look round but when we needed assistance Paula was very helpful explained all about the product the 40 day exchange scheme and extended guarantee also asked if we wanted a drink

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after by Chris, who quickly understood what we were looking for and gave sensible advice, showed us the relevant beds and mattresses and helped us make our choice

As I entered the store I was greeted by a nice tidy display. I found it very easy to access my way around and find what I was looking for. A member of staff by the name of Paula offered me assistance, she was very polite and listened to exactly what I was looking for. She did her best to help me find a great deal and the most suiable mattress to suit my needs. Overall the experience in the store today was very pleasant, I am very grateful for the help I received.

Very helpful staff. We ordered beds to be delivered 300 miles away but this was no problem at all.
