Dreams - Canterbury

Having visited Dreams for the first time my wife and I were very happy with the NO PRESSURE approach from the Canterbury store staff they were both friendly and helpful towards our needs and budget. Having to make a decision between 2 beds we left to decide and on our return we were confident with our choice and having had a good experience instore we are now looking forward to receiving our fabulous new bed.

My experience of shopping at Dreams was made so much easier and nicer by Paula. She was very welcoming, knew about the product and most importantly didn't put any pressure on me to buy. This encouraged me to return a few days later with her handwritten information to place my order. Thank you.

Firstly, we were offered a hot beverage on entering the store. Secondly, we found precisely what we were looking for! And thirdly, Paula's knowledge and clarity of her communication were superb!

I was looking for a bed and the staff there was really helpful, explained to me about all the beds you have in store and the ones that are not in store. Also, helped me find a pillow and explained to me the different types of pillows you have. Also I bought a topper for my mattress and it was on sale which we didn't know until everything was processed on the system. Overall very happy with my purchases and with the helpful staff.
