The store assistants were pleasant courteous and polite with an overwhelming amount of knowledge in reference to the products they were selling. I was made to feel valued as an individual as well as a customer because nothing was to much trouble.

We were met by a really friendly customer sales assistant who listened to us (we had specific needs due to my husband's bad back) and guided us helpfully and informatively giving us information about the beds so that we knew we had made the right choice. She was not pushy at all but simply helpful and informative.
