Having purchased Rapport Acti K Mattress and therapur cool pillow I can't Waite to go for my first nights sleep. I did try the mattress in store and was very pleased, the staff at Canterbury store are very helpful and good with knowledge of all products. Thank you very much for all your help.

A nice straightforward approach without the marketing jargon that makes us feel sick. Barry could see we were tired and cup of tea was welcome - he gave us space to talk through our decisions together on our own.

The staff were extremely helpful, even though I had two dogs with me. They did everything to make both me and my dogs welcome as well as to help me with finding the right mattress for my needs as I already knew the bed I wanted the guy asked what colour I wanted the bed in. He explained his opinions on the different beds as well and why he thought I made a good choice. Only downside was that the finance took.a while to sort out and the email confirmation doesn't tell you the delivery date. Apart from that I received excellent customer service where nothing was problem

The manageress and Chris the sales assistant who served us were extremely helpful as well as being courteous & friendly.

The sales assistant Chris was beyond helpful from start to finish clearly addressing all of our needs and helping us to make our decision without being pushy in any way. It felt like he had our best interests in mind rather than forcing a sale.

Paula was very helpful & knowledgable. Very friendly. Great customer service. Even the 2 gentlemen who delivered our new bed arrived bang on time & were very efficient. Had the bed up, built and were gone in 20mins. Very pleased with our overall visit. Will defiantly recommend again as we have already.

The assistant was very helpful and explained all of the options available to us.

Assistant was very knowledgably about the products, did not rush us and was friendly and approachable. She was able to give us a good price and speedy delivery.

Good customer service and support including the free coffee and tea which we highly appreciated.
