Your sales assistant Richard at your Canterbury store was polite courteous and understanding to our needs, he was very knowledgeable about the beds and found us just the bed we wanted would highly recommend to friends and family. I was also nice to be addressed as Mr and Mrs instead of (mate or buddy) it makes a pleasant change from the normal way young sale assistants address you very well done it was an enjoyable experience. We received great service from Beasa, he offered us a drink, let us know the offers that were available and pointed us in the right direction for our budget. He completed the purchase quickly and was very friendly once we chose our mattress.

The assistant Beasa was very helpful and not pushy. He allowed me ample time to think about purchasing mattress. I told him I wanted to think about it and he offered to print out a quote with all the details on. I subsequently phoned the store a few hours later and placed my order with him. Delivery times offered were very good and I chose a suitable one for me. Beasa looked smart and was knowledgeable asking his Manager if he needed to. Very impressed with Beasa and Manager

Not pushy. Helped when I needed it and got exactly what we wanted. Sort everything quickly and efficiently when I needed it. Very good!

We have never purchased a new bed before, so it was a very exciting time for us. We both suffer with various back and neck problems. We visited the Canterbury Wincheap store and Richard was absolutely lovely from the moment we walked in. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We did the sleep match test and he talked us through all the options for our mattress choices. He is a credit to the Dreams team.

I needed a bed to be delivered fairly quickly. I took part in a test to see which mattress would be best fir me and was shown a variety of choices. I was not pressured into making a decision. All COVID precautions were taken. The salesman was very friendly and courteous

James was very helpful and knowledgeable . Use of the clever bed was fun !. I did spend more that i thought but its well worth it. Excellent product and i always shop at Dreams and would recommend the firm and the local Canterbury store and staff.
