Dreams - Canterbury

We bought our bed about 4 years ago from the Canterbury store so now it's time to buy a bed for our son we had no hesitation in returning to the store. We were not disappointed with our visit. The man that served us was quick to understand our needs and advise, and we were happy to go ahead with the purchase.

Barrie was a dream to work with, went out of his way to keep us satisfied

Member of staff Chris was very helpful and understood my mother's need s for a new bed. He did not rush us, very courteous and polite.

Considering there was only one assistant working in the store, he was very helpful and balanced us and other customers well

Barrie the person who assisted my mother and me was very helpfiul and did not rush us which was excellent because my mother is in a wheelchail and has little mobility when sitting and lying on the test beds.

Enthusiastic and knowledgable assistant. Good visit to the Canterbury store which resulted in us buying a new mattress.

Paula went out of her way to move beds etc so that I could transfer easily from my wheelchair to try them out - she also gave could advice on whether the bed had the right support for me

The manager, Paula, was most friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I did not feel under any pressure to make a purchase - she was a real professional with a genuine interest in the customer.

Walked into the store, found exactly what we wanted, great advice from the lady who helped us choose, fast ordering process

We knew we wanted a Tempur mattress to replace the one we had. Paula showed us the options and fully explained the difference in the products. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products, not pushy and made spending lots of hard earned money a pleasure. A very straight forward shopping experience and would be more than happy to recommend Dreams and would return the next time we need somthing.
