The assistant who helped us was attentive and kind. He made us a coffee and personally took our order. He gave us time to think about the issues but stayed on hand. Really good, mature, guy.

The salesman, Steve, was friendly and approachable. He explained the different beds and mattresses in detail in a way that we could understand. We were given the opportunity to try the beds to decide which one suited us best. Steve was very happy to answer questions we asked. He dealt with our order efficiently and quickly. We were very happy with the service we received in the store today.

Staff was very helpful, with the choices we had on finding a suitable mattress.

The lady working that day, Emma, was incredibly nice and was extremely patient and took the time and made an effort to answer all my questions to make sure i found the best possible mattress for me. The people delivering were also nice and quick and got in and out of the house in less than 5minutes and respected the delivery time window we agreed on.

Staff quickly pointed us quickly in the direction of the bed we had seen online! It was explained how we could personalise the bed to match a mattress and frame while keeping the sale price! We were not pressured into purchase, the sales assistant even suggested we go for a lie down on our chosen bed to discuss between ourselves!
