we were seeking to purchase a mattress and were met by the most friendliest salesman Barrie at The Dream store Cotton Road Canterbury, his knowledge of the product was next to none and was most helpful and we would highly recommend this store and definitely this salesman.

When we walked in straight away we were asked if we needed any help we said that we wanted to buy a mattress the sales advisor explained to us what the colour schemes meant, also we went because of the half price deal and he showed us those beds with no pressure to buy the more expensive beds. We were then able to browse around with no pressure. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted and more.

The salesperson, Barrie, was very helpful and friendly.

Martyn gave us a complete and thorough talk through all different variations of mattress available then left us to wander trying different types On choosing Martyn then gave us a complete talk through on our options regarding delivery and disposal and arranged everything to our satisfaction

We had visited the Gillingham store last week to look at furniture and met Howard who was extremely helpful and friendly. On Saturday we went to Canterbury store to check on details and found the salesman farely disinterested and the furniture on show was damaged in many cases. Today we went back to Canterbury because we were unsure about a lip on the range we wanted and were delighted to find that Howard was there for the day. He answered all our questions and we ended up ordering the furniture although that had not been our intention when we set out. He is a credit to your company showing interest and knowledge.

We said what we wanted and the Salesman showed us the headboard selection explained the sizes available, and when we picked the one we wanted told us of its constuction, size and how to fit it to our bed. He was also efficient in placing the order on the computer and making us feel confident that we had chosen the right product and company

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and took time to ensure I received the perfect product and that I was satisfied with my order

The assistant was extremely helpful and was not at all pushy, he was more interested in understanding our needs and trying to help us.
