Dreams - Canterbury

I have joint hypermobility and need to be properly supported all over as all my muscles and joints hurt. I explained what type of mattress I currently have and that I would want the same again. I was shown all the mattress that would suit me and encouraged to try them out. On finding the one I wanted I was given a supportive pillow to try as well in order to gain the overall benefit. Immediately I could feel my whole body being supported from head to toe and I didn't hesitate to place my order there and then. I can't wait for my new bed to arrive on Christmas Eve. Would never shop anywhere else for a bed.

Sales assistant welcoming on arrival in store. Gave immediate answers to our questions. Was very confident on his knowledge of products in the store.

There was only one staff member working on the day but he (Barrie) spent all the time it needed for us to make our choice. Nothing was too much trouble, explaining the different products, thanks Barrie.

This is a return visit to the store. Last time we were here we purchased 2 beds and one memory foam mattress as we had moved into our new house. we were so impressed with all parts of the service at this store, right from purchasing through to an excellent delivery. It will remain the first store we visit when buying bedroom articles both big and small.

The staff were kind and helpful. We were offered refreshment while we were looking and were given advice on the types of mattress that were available and this helped make the decision about which was the best mattress for me.

Martyn was very helpful explaining things to us. He was very knowledgable. His customer service was second to none.
