I was looking for a specific item and could not find it, was helped from start to conclusion of sale by Joe, who could not have been more helpful. He also picked up on my saying that I got very hot at night, and showed me a 'cool' pillow that I also purchased.

I was happy that after greeting me I was left to browes at my leisure until I needed advice. The salesman was friendly and professional knew the product and was really keen to assist.

We found both staff members really friendly and helpful. Joe who took our order was very knowledgable and we didn't feel like he was rushing us even though the store was very busy on this day. Joe even helped with our very restless 5 year old son by letting him do some colouring and playing with Lego which our son loved and we really appreciated. That in my opinion is going above and beyond the call of duty.

Joe the guy who served us was really helpful and talked us through all the options- and was also very friendly and made the selection process easy for us.

The service was excellent. We were able to look around and try the different beds/mattresses without feeling any pressure to buy. All our questions were answered very well and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.

The manager was very helpful and looked after U.S. Very well he talked us through everything and even made us a drink while we was deciding. Customer service was second to none .

I was assisted by Barrie and must highly praise his customer care, attention to detail and product knowledge.He was friendly and extemely helpful.Despite an IT issue as the system had crashed Barrie took my details and called me with an update later in the afternoon.To my delight Barrie was able to confirm my first choice delivery date I was unaware of Dreams and do not recall any local advertising.it was recommended by my daughter in law.
