Joe who served us was very helpful and personable, as well as very knowledgeable about the products. Overall it was a good shopping experience and he is an asset to the store.

I needed a new mattress so done my research on line as I knew very little about the products available. After settling on a mattress that suited both my wife's and my needs we went to Dreams to buy it. I prefer to use the store as I believe the more you buy online the more jobs are at risk in the shops. Dover being a prime example of the above. We walked into Dreams, met straight away by an assistant, (Joe), explained our preference, Joe showed us the products, gave us some cost and material alternatives, we sealed the deal and set up the direct debit. Job done. Good product, good help, fair price, and alternatives offered. Not a lot more you can ask really. Good job Dreams.

We were greeted with a smile and positive helpful attitude from the assistant manager Joe in the Canterbury store. He spent quality time with us asking us exactly what we were looking for and giving his professional opinion and knowledge of which bed and pillows he thought may suit our needs. He did not rush us or push us to buy just anything but made sure we were comfortable and clear with our choices. Joe was very personable and made us feel instantly at ease, offering us a tea or coffee and talking in a calm, postive and encouraging manner. Thank you Joe

The assistant (Barry) was very knowledgeable on the products and guided us through our purchase requirements without being pushy. He made us feel relaxed in taking our time to make a decision. He offers us tea and coffee. The store staff were very friendly and helpful.

Joe was the assistant who, after asking a few questions, directed us to the type of mattresses suitable for our requirements. After trying out 3 or 4 similar types we settled on the Emotion. The delivery date is very quick & so we are very happy all round.

Barrie (the team member who served me) was absolutely brilliant, he listened to my needs and was not pushy at all. Not once did he try and push me over my budget and was very keen to help me get the best I could for my money. He was polite and funny and made me feel at ease 😃
