The salesman Joe was excellent. Gave us a lot of information to help us judge our decision appropriately.

It was an overal a good experience apart from the price for the bed. It was a very comfortable bed and I will enjoy it hopefully when received but was a large amount of money to pay for just a bed

Your sales assistant Sonny was excellent in showing me each of the items I was interested in. He was very pleasant and worked quickly to complete the business. At no time was I rushed into making a decision. Excellent service!

I usually find salespeople very annoying and aggresive in their approach. I walked out of Henleys due to this and walked into Dreams. I found 'Joe' an excellent salesperson who was not pushy, but friendly and knowledgable hence the sale.

Joe from the Canterbury store in wincheap made the visit rather pleasing seeing as my wife loves shopping and i would rather be elsewhere, His sense of humour and product knowledge helped a lot 😀
