Emma, the shop assistant, couldn't have been more helpful in deciphering our needs and helping us to choose what we thought would've best for us. No pressure applied, just a real friendly person who we were pleased to have help us. Would recommend Dreams to anyone!

My Boyfriend and I came looking for a new mattress and had a really fun and relaxing experience in the shop. Martin was our sales assistant and he gave us great factual and personal tips on which mattresses would best suit our needs. I loved that he let us get on with trying them all out at our own pace but was always on hand to answer questions or give good trustworthy advice.

we where looking for a new mattress and had called in at our local bensons for beds but did not buy has my husband felt uncomfortable with the sales staff he could not but it into words but in his words "no lets go some where else" and so we went into your canterbury store we had lots of help and felt happy with the advice given to us not told to us not rushed not pushed towards just one type left on our own to chat made comments with out looking round to see if someone was looking over our shoulders martyn was happy to point us in the right direction after we told him our needs one tall one small both fat . kath and john folkestone kent

Instant greeting but not overbearing. Information given re products, time spent by your member of staff ascertaining information in respect of ancillary products required together with the bed which was not on display but seen on your web site. All functions of the bed explained [Bronte Adjustable] . Knowledge of his products was excellent and the purchase and necessary paperwork for VAT was completed expediently.

We arrived in the shop, the salesman offered us assistance and guided us around the store fully describing the meanings of the differ colours, and explained in good detail the difference in the beds make up and advantages, he then left us to browse and try out various mattresses, no sales pressure what so ever. Once we had made our choice, all the necessary extra were offered and fully explained, paperwork signed and all paid for, and the delivery and collection date was the we wanted, so all in all very happy with the whole process, plus the additional buffer of the 40 night deal, that and the price sealed the deal for me. Very satisfied.

Martin was extremely helpful. I have just undergone surgery and he was completely aware of my needs. But at the same time put no pressure on me to purchase. Explained everything we needed to know about the beds and the different costings of which items were put together.
