We were helped by an extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable member of staff called Richard at your Wincheap branch. And left very happy after purchasing a bed. Mattress, pillows and bed insurance

Spoken to by several colleagues when we entered. Store was quite busy, but we soon used the bed ‘machine’ to choose our mattress. Then shown which were suitable, and tried several out. Once we had decided, we were taken to a desk and our order placed. With each step explained along the way.

We were approached by Beasa quickly after we entered the store and he was nothing but attentive and courteous throughout. He had great knowledge regarding what would get us the most for our money, and made every effort to make our shopping experience comfortable and positive. A very sweet gentleman who is a great asset to the Dreams team!
